Photographs have been in fashion since they were known to the common man. People use photographs to capture and store their special moments. These photos help in reliving those precious moments that they spent with their loved ones, friends, or family. But, it is not the 1940s or 1980s now. With time, people have developed various methods of processing images. Today, they capture images not only to remember their moments, but to share them with people on social media platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, Facbook, Twitter, and many others.
Capturing amazing images with the help of your camera is not enough. You need to produce some appealing images from those digital copies of yours as well. If you spend more than 30 seconds studying an image that you took, you will often notice that something is not presented the way you wanted it to be. You can always open such images in Photoshop to correct them and artificially improve them to make them better looking. Once you are done with the photography lessons in this book, you will continue learning about Photoshop and how you can use the same to make your images WOW!

Photoshop for Photographers Training for Photographers to Master Digital Photography and Photo Editing edition by John Slavio Arts Photography eBooks
The first half of the book is actually dedicated to photography tricks, illusions, terminology and filters you can use to create dramatic effect in photos. The second portion of the book actually goes in to the use of various photoshop tools.
The tricks and tips are very basic knowledge, and are a good info source for a beginner or someone very unfamiliar with photoshop.
I do want to mention that the reason I gave this ebook a lower score was because of the way the writing flows. It's extremely choppy at times, and almost sounds like it was translated to English from another language. I feel as if the writer is not comfortable writing, and times the language runs on or feels foreign. I had to read a few sections out loud to really grasp what he was saying.
I was provided a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

Photoshop for Photographers Training for Photographers to Master Digital Photography and Photo Editing edition by John Slavio Arts Photography eBooks Reviews
I was hoping this book would help me understand Photoshop more. Most of the book is about basic photography which I also found very helpful and interesting. I will use this book to refer back too as I'm developing my skills in photography. I just wish it was more in-depth about photoshop.
I like that the book starts talking about terms that you need to be familiar with in your camera and/or computer. I also like that there are examples provided of what a pro picture would look like. There are tips on how to take pictures before talking about editing the pictures in photoshop. Then it goes into detail on tools that are popular to use in photoshop. I would recommend this e-book because it helped me a lot in focusing how to take my pictures and how to edit them. I'm not a beginner but I definitely am not an expert , this book helped fill in the gaps on what I didn't know about the basics of photography and photoshop.

The first 60% of the book has nothing to do with Photoshop and simply repeats elementary info about photographic terms such as focus and depth of field. When we finally get around to discussing Photoshop again it is extremely basic with only a handful of pages dedicated to actually manipulating a photo.
Luckily I got this book for free, which is the only reason I downloaded it. Although I'm a professional photographer I like to read what people in the industry are teaching, even if only on a basic, beginners level. Everyone has a unique perspective and you never know what you can learn.
I was not only not impressed, but I was pretty confused. The book started out with an equal amount of content regarding basic photography, despite the title being about Photoshop. There was a brief description of each tool, which is information you could find for free with applicable videos on YouTube.
The page on color grading annoyed me, because he desaturated an image as the non-color graded version (assuming he intended for that image to be Straight out of Camera), then showed the image in color with heavy contrast applied. Why would you do that?
If you have to purchase this, don't bother.
Worst photoshop tutorial I have ever seen. Honestly it’s horrible. Descriptions are vague, the black and white images look like they were made on a copy machine, and the writing is feels like it was done by a barley passing high school student. This is the first negative review I have ever written on but I felt like it was my duty to warn others. Literally the first boy thing worth a second look is the cover and I am pretty sure that it’s a stock of photo.”
"Photography How-Tos and Tricks" would have been a more accurate title. This is actually one of the best books on beginner photography that I've found yet. The author covers so much from start to finish.
John Slavio covers everything that I wanted to know, his writing is straight and to the point. For the first time, I really feel like I have a full understanding of the different aspects of photography and how different camera techniques work. The second half of the book covers the basics of Photoshop, which makes this book the perfect starter guide.
Good book and totally worth getting. Excellent information for beginners or even ones who need a refresher.
I really wish I had found this back when I was taking the class. The beginning of the book is basically photography illusions and features, the rest of the book is about Photoshop, brief introduction.
The book is about 35/40 pages roughly, with the, spacing and such.
I would submit photos of the book, but this is an E-Book. Screen shots to come later.
